I hate my messy roommates?

OKay my 3 roommates are my friends from previously. We are juniors in college. I am seriously concerned I am going to injure two of them. They are PIGS. We have a brand new apartment and they have distroyed the microwave with food, as well as the electric stove top. They NEVER i repeat NEVER clean up after themselves. And we have a dishwasher. What sucks is that I have had talks for both of them before, and they are my close friends from freshman and sophomore year, but I have grown to dispise them. They leave the apartment smelling like garbage. Everytime I have a talk with them and treat them like two year olds and tell them how much it bothers me they say they understand and are sorry, but then it starts up again. What can I do? I see them sit on their asses for days with their dirty dishes in the sink and ketchup fossilized to the carpet and then I clean after I realize they will do nothing, and they dirty it right back up again. What should I do? Totally flip out??
