What can I use for a cleaner that is NOT soap?

Ethiopian bull dung it's a little expensive 29.99 for a 12 ounce jar plus s&h from Ethiopia. I haven't tried it but a friend of a friends acquentence said it works better than you think. It can't be shipped to Utah or new and old York. Or you can try soap
