Sydney, Munich, Zurich, or Tokyo?

I have got a job offer and was allowed to choose between 4 cities Sydney, Munich, Zurich, and Tokyo to settle and as I have never been to one of those, I am confused which one to choose. I do not have any preference at the moment. I have an one year old baby with me and I only speak English. Please share your views/expriences about those 4 cities to help me, which one you like/don't like and why... I would appreciate any idea. Many thanks! Alisha H
