How do i fix tracking problems with wobbly like video?

I've tried everything to make this problem go away without disassembling the vcr itself which I'm afraid to do so because it's a DVD/VCR combo. I got it for Christmas and it worked fine out of the box then my stupid butt put in a old VHS tape that was recordings of tv back in 1999. I left it on while i went and played with my new toys and then the problem began. I thought it was the heads so I bought a dry head cleaner the wet head cleaners I'm very afraid of doing thinking it will only screw it up more and the problem isn't just one tape it's all of them. I'd really love to have this problem resolved because some of the VHS tapes mean a lot to me. If someone would help me solve this issue I would be much obliged thank you.
