Was Eminem robbed of Album of the Year?

After listening to Recovery it's obvious he would've won it based on the material and focus of the album. It just seems to the grammys like to tease him, they think he's great but they'd snatch the carpet at any moment. Even Streisand was shocked not to read his name.
