My Tocky alarm clock wont play the alarm?

I got a Tocky rolling alarm clock for christmas and yesterday it started making this weird static noise. I dont know what happened because my floor is carpeted so it wouldn't have hit anything too hard and also the sounds that come on when you push buttons still work just not the alarm itself. I would love it if anyone could help me with this problem, i understand this is an uncommon device.
