These fleas are driving me crazy?

i have 3 dogs 2 bassets and a pug, they have fleas and thats is 100% certain. but i have not only vacuumed all of my house but washed all bedding human and dogs, shampooed all of my carpets and washed my dogs with flea shampoo yet they still scratch non stop my pug has three sore spots on him and one was bleeding not bad but still. what can i do? will a flea collar work if i put it on all my dogs and my cat?
