Which do you recommend for protecting concrete from digging animals, vinyl tile, sealing, or something else?

Home depot or Lowes sells Epoxy garage floor kits. It's a 2 part mix that is pretty thick. Once mixed you don't have a lot of work time so you squeegee it out real thin and then go over it with a dry roller to spread it evenly. It has some fumes so you want to ventilate the area. The next day you will basically have a plastic coating on the floor that will last forever and will clean up easy.
