My roommate is a lazy pig. help meeeeee?

Weve been living together as students since august. Most of the furnature in the house belongs to her besides my bedroom and some kitchen stuff. In 6 months im the only one who's ever emptied the kitchen garbage and taken it out. im the only one who cleans the bathroom and removes my own hair from the shower drain. im the only one who's ever bothered to vacuum or use cleaners. we have a rule that we do our own dishes because there is no dishwasher. she leaves them sit til the sink is completely full while i do mine immediately after i use them. every day she leaves a dirty cutting board on the counter and crumbs all over the place and i always have to clean it up because it disgusts me. i really don't konw what i can do. i've tried just not cleaning up after her but i cant stand the messiness. i have never considered myself to be a 'neat' or 'clean' person but this is just silly. what would be a non confrontational way of making her start to do her end of the chores
