Foaming glass cleaner...can you go blind if not flushed properly?

My son sprayed the "Foaming class cleaner (with ammonia)" in his face, I'm not sure how much got into his eyes but when I tried to flush them he shut his eyes so I couldn't get water in them. My biggest concern is if he did get some in his eyes that he'll go blind or something. It sounds stupid but when I tried to look online it was all cleaners that are being sold...not what a f**king wanted and its frustrating.
