How do I take care of my moldy carpet?

Ok so I live in am apartment complex and my pipes bursted (I think) on Super Bolw Sunday. Well needless to say my carpets got wet. They said that after the plumber had fixed the problem that carpet cleaners would come clean the whlole buildings carpet (like36 apartments). So they never came I called day after day after day. I called them every hour on the hour and STILL nothing. I have tried touse a normal vaccuum but didn't work. I tried cleaning it with a cleaners brush and hot water, soap, some bleach, fabulose and pet oder cleaner... nothing. Idk what to do. The office doen't hepl me, Im clueless as what to do and I cantreally affored alot. I have an infant and a toddler. This is so NOT ok. What can I clean this with myself?
