Is woolite carpet cleaners safe for dogs?

i had 2 puppies i was potty training at the same time.... Woolite with oxy clean was thr best cleaning for the dogs as long as you use it correctly but do not leave it out for them to get into then i couold be harmful.... I used ti vacum after using it so my puppies wouldnt try to sniff and lick it :)
